Refunds
The provision of goods and services by BusyBee is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Busybee will refund the client in full within 30 days.
If you’re unhappy with your online purchase from BusyBee, you have the option to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Your account will then be refunded the appropriate amount. It’s important to note that the purchaser covers the cost of couriering the product back to the online shop. Additionally, returned items must remain unused and delivered in their original packaging.
For us to give you a refund on a bank deposit payment, you must be willing to send us your banking details.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Upon payment receipt and subject to product availability, requests will be processed within 7 working days. Confirmation of delivery by courier will be provided upon request, with a flat-rate charge applicable to all deliveries.
